Name: Avery Scott
Age: 16
Powers: Permafrost on objects she touches. She cannot touch other people, as they would get frostbite. If someone touches a burning hot object to her skin she can faint, or possibly go into a coma, as her body doesn't know how to react to heat. This includes outside temperature as a cause.
Appearance: A tall girl, with a flat chest and slim figure. She is roughly 6'11". She has dark brown hair, flecked with frost. She wears t shirts all year, to avoid temperature related fainting. Her clothes are covered in the permafrost as well, which the foundation routinely scrapes off and stores for further examination.
Personality: Reserved and cold-hearted on the outside, but caring on the inside. She cares about people, so she puts on a persona so they will stay away from her.
History: She was born in Canada, a place that suited her well there. She killed her parents at the age of five, when giving them both a hug. She started creating frost around that age, so they wouldn't have known before hand. She lived in an adoption agency for a while, until she was fifteen. That was when one of the new kids gave her a hug, giving him extreme frostbite like her parents. She was kicked out after that. Rumors started around her, calling her a frost wraith incarnate. These soon spread immensely, all the way to America. The GenCo agency was interested, so they tracked down the source of the rumors, her small Canadian town. They found her, and slowly approached with a drugged rag. They put it to her mouth, and she fell unconscious. With their heavy winter clothing they were able to safely drag her into their van, never to be heard of again by the public.

The experiments he underwent are the cause of his inhuman appearance, making him more beast than man in all but mind. The rapid growth of gene therapy and manipulation caused his form to be unstable; leading to his characteristic rag-doll look holding his skin together(its healed since, but the patterning is permanent).
He is reluctant, but cooperative, after a tragic event[sup]TM[/sup] lead to him no longer having reason nor will to resist. This event is also the reason he both has the split, as well as his lonely nature.
