“Ok. Thanks,” Lia says with a small smile, leading Perry away from the other.

“Follow me,” she says & takes flight, hovering next to Perry until he mimics the action.

Both the Dragons fly up to the top of one of the large stone cliffs where Lia slept the first night. Landing on the rocky surface, the two dragons sit side by side, staring out at the moon rising out over the sea. Perry pulls Lia closer and wraps a wing around her.

Resting her head on the pearlcatcher’s shoulder, Lia closes her eyes and smiles.

Shadow began to smile just thinking about Perry and sweet Lia. They're so cute together! She grinned, then looked at her arm and winced. "I better get this wound cleared up," She thought. She saw a nearby watering hole and put her arm under it. "Ow!" she winced at the throbbing pain of the gash on her arm. Once it was cleared, she ripped a piece of cloth off her blouse and wrapped it around the wound, then tied it tight. "There," She threw a punch in the air. "Good as new."

Olimaw gives shadow a rare smile. He says to her "You are the first one in years many to withstand my gift, for it is not something I can control please fly with me." Olimaw hovers and watches Shadow who is unfazed by the sky that has seemed to fall into night.

"You have quite a unique gift," says Shadow with a smile. "The reason I can withstand the darkness is that I have nocturnal vision. I can see in the dark. Why do you think I was named Shadow?" she giggled. She gathered her stuff and put on her armor. "And yes. I would love to fly with you. Maybe we can see if any more Bone Marauders are around here, for safety measures."

Olimaw is amused by Shadow. " Yes" he says "let us scout companion." Then he starts to fly towards his shelter. " I must hunt first though, what is it that you eat."

"Ooh! Hunting sounds good! I haven't eaten since my home was invaded! Haha! I eat insects and plants. How about you? Oh, wait! Lemme guess! Hm...You look like a Guardian, so I'm thinking that you eat not only plants and insects, but meat and seafood as well right? Anyway," says Shadow slightly hovering towards Olimaw. "I'll help you hunt. I'm not too bad if I do say so myself. I...actually have a gift for it. You see, not only do I have a nocturnal vision, but I also have venom..." Shadows grin slowed into a faded smile. "That's another reason why I was named Shadow. A shadow is a darkness, a dark space, that is created between dark and light. It never leaves your side...it haunts you forever..." At this moment Shadow quickly turned around, making sure Olimaw didn't see her face. "I don't like fighting much...if I let my venom slip out...it kills my opponent instantly...I...don't want anyone else to die..." Shadow trailed off. Then, silence. Suddenly Shadow snapped back into reality. "A-anyway, we should get started right? We should be leaving by now." Dang it! Why? Why do I have to always mess up so badly? Uh! I should've just kept everything a secret! Great...now I've lost something again... Shadow thought to herself as she hovered.

Olimaw presses his eyes shut, and says "it's okay we all have war story's" Then he starts to fly to the forest. He then looks back pauses for a minute and says "are you coming?"

Shadow looks at Oimaw in surprise. "You...don't mind. You actually...don't mind!" Shadow flies towards him. "I'm coming. And...Thank you." She shoots him a grateful smile, then flies as fast as lightning 5 meters in front of Olimaw. "By the way, I forgot to tell you that I'm a fast flier. Hurry up, or you'll be left behind," Shadow giggled. Thank you...thank you Olimaw.
