Volzrun opens the door. “Ladies first.” He chuckled. It was decently covered with smog around this time, so it was going to be way more easier to sneak through the large city.
Javan playfully rolls his eyes at him then took a weary step outside. He's in Hell. There was smog everywhere and the sky was a dark yellow. The streets were dirty and there was trash everywhere, it looked nothing like heaven. Javan turned around to face Volzrun, not wanting to take another step without him.

Volzrun goes up to Javan and holds his hand slightly. He hopes that nobody sees him doing this, because if anyone found out, they won’t stop annoying him about it.
Javan sighs quietly out of relief when Volzrun took his hand. He tightened his grip feeling nervous. He saw a demon fly pass them, he took a step back and held onto Volzrun's hand tighter.

The demon doesn’t even turn around to look at them. “They have more important things to do than confront us.” Volzrun reassured him. The streets were practically empty, which was normal considering the fact that you couldn’t really see sh-t currently.
Javan nodded but still felt uneasy. He tried to take his mind off of the other demons. "Doesn't anyone clean the streets?" He asked, looking disgusted from the mess. Back in heaven, it was mandatory to help clean and keep everything organized. Other wise, you'd be shamed for committing the sin of sloth.

Volzrun laughs slightly. “This is hell, nobody wants to do that sh-t. Why else do you think we use sinners as slaves?” He flipped his hood on. Him and that dark gray, worn sweater have been though everything together.
Javan then got curious. "What happens to the mortal sinners?" He asked carefully, almost scared of what the answer may be. He tightened his grip on Volzrun's hand.

Volzrun grins slightly, his wing wanted to poke a hole through the sweater. “Oh nothing much, we just chain them up and force them to work in the “fields”. They could go up in the ranks if they work hard enough.”
Javan felt shivers down his spine, he continued to ask questions despite not wanting to know the answers. "Fields?" He asked carefully, gulping a little.
