Crow opened his mouth to say something, to call Sarah back, and reached out as if to pull her back. Instead, however, he let his arm drop, took hold of his blaster and took a step back. Raising it, he continued to scan the clearing for danger, before following her. "Stay here," he ordered Oh-six as he did so.

Now he was closer to the building he realised there was two reasons why the clearing seemed deserted. The first was that a number of the droids has been thrown deeper into the forest by the explosion, their crumpled forms hanging from the glowing foliage. The other reason was that someone had come through and piled the remaining battle droids in the shadow of the building. The droids were mostly in one piece, but showed evidence of wielding like someone had started to repair them with remains of other destroyed droids.

Crow carefully moved towards the pile, the hairs on the back of his neck standing up. He didn't like this, and was too focused on the possible threat of the droids to notice the scuffed path leading away from the building and into the forest.

(who did you have in mind did start fixing the battle droids?)

She glanced over her shoulder, Crow followed her. Oh-six stayed behind by the trees. Sarah then had a look around as they walked across the clearing. Her right hand resting on one of her lightsaber hilts, ready to draw it if necissary. She noted that this planet was strong with the force, and she still sensed no danger. When they reached the cannon, she put her hand on one of the disfigured walls, it was still warm but the metal was not hot enough to hurt her palm.
Then oddly enough, next to the large remains of strucure there were droids piled up by the cannon. Where the three had stood earlier it wouldn't have been possible to spot the pile. Some seemed to have been fixed and put back togeter too. Her master would not have had time to do this. It would surely be unnessiary use of time and energy.. Something else must've done that, and it couldn't have gotten far..

Then she looked at the tracks leading away from the cannon in to the junlge. Sarah wasn't an expert at tracking but the General and his team had surely headed that way, perhaps in a hurry? She couldn't tell, most of the bootprints had been disturbed by something being draged allong.
"Everything seems to be clear," Sarah stated, "There are tracks heading that way, should go get the team?"

(I recently saw the end of The Phantom Menace and saw these droids were cleaning up the battle droids at the end of the movie, and was inspired by that.)

Crow, closer to the pile of droids than Sarah was, didn't say anything immediately. Narrowing his eyes, he looked over the pile before turning back to her and grunting, "Yeah, those droids aren't going to be a problem. Got no idea who's piling them up, but none gonna be working." He was relieved to see that there was no-one hiding in that pile, and that all the droids were clearly non-functional. Walking swiftly over to her, he finally saw the boot prints. With a soft, relieved sigh, he murmured, "We should. It's the only thing we have on where the General might have gone. Good job."

He looked over his shoulder at Oh-six and waved him over, before taking a few steps away from Sarah, turning his back to the path. He switched on his comm, and told the rest of the team that the cannon was clear, and that they'd found tracts leading away from the cannon that probably came from the General and his troops. He then told them to come to the clearing because they'd be following those tracts.

While Crow was on the comm there was movement on the path. It started as a rustling mixed with the sound of something dragging against the ground. Soon, a small white and cream shape was visible, the vaguely humanoid shape moving slowly along the path, dragging a battle droid behind it. The PK-series worker droid did not seem to notice the Jedi or clone troopers, the single large photo-receptor on its head pointed towards the ground, as it trundled towards them. Just before it came into the clearing it looked up and did a double take, the head jolting backwards on its long neck and it taking a step back. A foot hit the battle droid it was dragging, and the thud causing Crow to spin around and raise his blaster towards the weaponless droid.

(That's pretty cool)

Sarah stayed put on her patch of dust, looking at the tracks, half listening to Crow's commands over the comm and otherwise listening to everything else. There was a soft breeze comming from the east. They would leave almost immediatly when the rest of the team arrived.
Oh-six was waved over, he was noticably cautious at first but he relaxed some more when he came closer. He stationed himself by her side, he said nothing. Everyone had heard what had been said over comm, all there was for them now was to wait.

She saw that Oh-six was currently carrying a blater pistol, attatched to a holster on his thigh, probably as a back up incase he somehow was separated from his larger blaster rifle he had at hand. She sliped the pistol out of its holster and examined it, he looked at her though he didn't seem to mind, the current situaton would not require him to use the weapon. And naturally she was going to give it back.

She heard something being dragged allong the ground behind them and quickly turned around, Oh-six followed, he raised his weapon halfway before deciding not to. A worker droid draging a battle droid was approaching them. It didn't notice them. She couldn't help but smile, perharps she should've alerted Crow. As it finnaly saw them it took a step back and stepped on the droid behind it. Crow heard it and turned around aswell, weapon raised. "It's not one of ours." Oh-six stated. "Harmless, but perhaps that photo-receptor is being monitored and they now know where we are." Sarah added, it was just a possible thought.
The droid stepped off the battle droid which notiably was missing a head. Thee droid looked at it and beeped a frustrated tone. It looked up at them again, trying to figure out what to do. "Should we destroy it or let it go about it's business? Wait, or do we take prisoners?" Sarah asked, not realy serious about the matter.

She then noticed out of the corner of her eye that the rest of the team came out of the treeline. They were also cautious at first, they didn't know what was out there. The droid started backing away during the slight distraction, carefully maneuvering around the busted battle droid. Sarah quickly stopped it in it's tracks, grabbing it by the neck keeping it in place.

Crow carefully lowered his weapon once Sarah said the droid was harmless. He'd seen droids like this before, but usually doing maintenance at Separatist bases, not cleaning up destroyed battle droids. He paused, thinking for a moment and watching the droid try to back away, before Sarah grabbed it by the neck. It let out a few worried sounding beeps and warbles, but didn't try to escape. Looking behind him and seeing the rest of the team, he sighed, "We should probably leave it. It's seen us now, so like you said, if they were monitoring it they'd already know we're here." He didn't really want to waste blaster bolts on the droid, now that he could clearly see that it was no threat. If it tried to follow them, however, he would destroy it without hesitation.

"We should get going, it looks like it'll get dark soon," he paused like he was going to say something else, but decided against it. I don't want to be out in the open during the night with the wildlife of this world, he thought, but said nothing about that worry. Casting another glance over his shoulder to make sure the team was assembled, he walked towards the path and gestured to tell them to follow him. As he walked past Sarah he said with a slight laugh, "You can let it go now, if you want." The trampled nature of the path dirt indicated large number of people had been down it, and recently. Following the trail, it lead down into a shallow valley that had a small stream running along the bottom.

Arriving at the stream, he crouched beside it. The path had become less clear, and the gathering shadows of the sunset made it difficult to differentiate between footprints and natural dips in the ground. Standing up again, he asked, "Anyone see anything?"

She didn't mean to make it seem like she feared the little droid would run of if she let it go. Sarah sighed after Crow had passed her, then let the droid go and patted it on the head before following Crow. The path lead them down a valley with a stream flowing slowly through it. The sun was also setting, it was getting dark fast, and it was gtting harder to make out the tracks.. On the other hand the beautifull colors of all the different types of fungus around them was becoming even more noticable, the dim light eminating from the plants was at least giving them some light.

They were waking down the center of the valley and came to a halt when they met the stream. That particular spot would be a typical place to be ambushed. Alot of cover for the enemy and a minimal amount for them at the bottom. Perhaps she was becoming a bit paranoid, but the growing dark was not helping. She cleared her head and tried to focous on figuring out were the fading tacks were headed .What she knew was that the tracks had been heading north-east for a while. The enemy base would be further west, and the larger cannons would be south- vest.

She didn't respond to Crow's question at first. She crouched down by the trail, igniting one of ther lightsabers to get a better look at the the tracks. Still, they were hard to make out. She came to believe that the tracks now followed the stream north, but there was nothing but jungle that way.. And it would certanly be dangerous out there at night. What could possibly her master be thinking? She kept her weapon activated.
"For some reason it seems like they headed north." She finally said. "The dark won't be a problem for any of you?" The troopers shook their heads. "No, sir."
Sarah looked at Crow. "I know, night time on Felucia is dangeorous," She sighed. "But it's a risk we'll have to take if we're going to get to the General on time." She moved on, following the trail once again. She held the saber pointed to the ground in front of her as she walked, the light was very helpfull.

(Sorry it took so long. Got stuck halfway through.)

Crow let out a sigh, feeling a creeping dread. First their rapid retreat from the planet, then the acklay attack and now the General's team seeming to head deeper into the forest away from the Separatists combined to give him a sense that something was not right, that something was about to go terribly wrong. He forced out a sharp breath though his nose, focusing his mind more on the present and less on the possibilities. Still, he reflected, at least there are no signs of dead bodies. The fact they had not come across any deceased clone troopers did reassure him slightly, making him slightly less worried for the General's team. Slightly.

He followed Sarah as she lead the way into the forest, using her lightsaber to light the way. The blue light from the laser blades made the tracks easy to see, and so the path easy to follow. "Well, we'll all be safer as soon as we find them and get out of here," he replied quietly. He wasn't really sure what else to say, and so walked slightly behind her quietly, scanning the environment for any threats. He saw nothing but softly glowing giant fungi and ferns, the soft thud of footsteps probably scaring the native animals away.

(I'm so sorry for such a late reply, but I had nearly finished my reply when my computer shut down and I lost the entire thing.. I got so frustrated, sorry...)

Sarah kept on following the tracks, it lead allong the stream through the small valey for a bit until they had to part from it. It proceeded to turn left and they had to walk up a small hill. She stopped by a gigant mushroom once they reached the top. The sun had pretty much dissapeared behind the mountain range toweing in the west. She also started to sense something bad was about to happen, and sighed deeply before turnig her focous towards the tracks again. She noticed that the tracks seemed to be heading towards the left again and down the other side of the hill. A big U-turn. Sarah was confused, why would the survivors go throug so much effort just to turn back? It made no sense, not to mention stupid. "Why would they...?-" She was interrupted by an explotion in the distance. The blast could approximately be seen where the enemy base was supposed to be positioned.

"No way!" She said almost in dissbelief. "They went back to finish the mission." She looked at Crow. It was barely noticable but Sarah was almost on the verge of panic. She knew her master was known to sometimes make wreckless decisions, seemingly not thinking about the consequences. Yet his previous actions had always worked out, but now the odds were clearly against him and his team. But she had to admit though that it was kind of smart to get the seperatists off their trail and flank the facility in the cover of darkness, and they mustn't have assumed that a rescue atempt would be organized as quickly as it did. "We have no choice but to help them as quickly as we can."

(No worries, I haven't had time to reply this week anyway. Exams have been stealing away my creativity ; . ; Hopefully now they're over I'll be a bit quicker at replying. Sucks about your computer, I hate it when tech does things like that.
Anyway, how are you? I can't believe the new Star Wars movie is coming out in a few weeks, I'm so excited! Do you have any theories about what might happen in it?)

Crow too was confused when he saw the tracks turn back on themselves. What happened? He asked himself, slightly worried that they had come into contact with another force that made them turn around. But there was no signs of a fight...

His confused thoughts were broken by the sounds of an explosion. Turning towards it, he could see the smoke from the blast coming from roughly where the main enemy base was positioned. He made a frustrated sound in the back of his throat, then looked at Sarah as she looked at him. He noticed she seemed tense, more so than before, and attributed that to her shock from the blast. "Let's go," he agreed, before heading straight towards the base at a quick pace. He wasn't running, that would use up too much enemy, but he wasn't walking either. Given the General's trick had worked on them as well as the Separatists, now they were too far away to get to the base quickly. He only hoped that the General and his team would still be alive when he arrived.

Rushing through the thick foliage he felt his heart-rate increase as adrenaline surged through him. He was ready to fight, and already starting to plan how exactly his team will approach the enemy base. They couldn't go barrelling straight in, they might get caught in the crossfire, but they couldn't wait for too long either. The other team was counting on them. He also wondered if Sarah's master was crazy. The base would need three times the forces he had to take it, and attacking it head on was sure to get them all killed. "Can you sense anything?" he asked Sarah, "or comm your Master? We might be close enough for the signal to reach him."

(I realy want the movie to be a suprise, so i havent been thnking to much about it :) And Yeah, I'm excited! but i realy hope Rey doensn't take Kylos side or something like that- the trailer teased it... and if Dameron for some reason Dies, I'll be super sad..)

They hurried along. She held her blade backhand wile they paced. So many thoughts rushed through her head. She tried to remain calm, remembering her training. Still this was a difficult situation.
She then thought about what strategy her master could be using. Simply attacking the base head on, with so few men would be plain suicide. It would be likely that her master had used explosives to sabotage certain areas of the facility. Explaining the previous explotion. That would require a quite amount of stealth.. He has good men with him.
Now that she knew aproximetally where they were she cound sense them! She was so releaved. "I sense them alright.." She replied, before reaching up for her earpece, she tried to ajust the frequency, perhaps she could get a hold of them, but there was only static. "I don't think we're in range yet." She sighed.
Another explotion went of, they couldn't see it from where they were now. The towering fungi and mushroom trees were blocking their view. Sarah deactivated her saber and quickly , witout warning, used the force to jump high enough to reach the top of a mushroom the team was about to pass. The view was better from up there. She could see the glow of lights from the enemy base, it also looked like something was on fire. There was still a ways to go. She looked back down. The team had stopped. She would catch up with them. She didn't say anything, just gestured for everyone to continue towards the base.
