Upon hearing the word 'ridgeback', Wyte can't help but feel a small pang of guilt. He squished the feeling down as he studied the parchment- this was a serial killer who deserved to die. His colours might be hard to track down in the Grove, but from the size and destructibility of many ridgebacks, it shouldn't be too hard. Given he wasn't a fan of stealth.
"I'll accept as long as the rest of the payment includes food," he assured the pearlcatcher. "Just tell me where he was last sighted, and if you can, his flight."

Vladimir thought it over for a moment, Ridgeback huh? This would be a tough one. But he needed the food. Speaking of which it seemed the wildclaw was also in this for food, but not like Vladimir though...
"Sounds fun." Vladimir glanced over to the wildclaw. "I mean i dont mind sharing a hunt. Just hope you can keep up, Scythe..." Vlaidmir said the wildclaw's name with a hint of teasing. Vladimir couldn't help himself, he wanted to know if he could push the other killers buttons...
At the obvious answer of 'yes' from the two hunters, the pearlcatcher seemed relieved and pushed the bag between the two.
"W-Well then you two can figure out what to do with that then, we dont care what happens as long as you complete the contract. The ridgeback was last spotted heading toward the Foxfire Bramble. It seemed he was heading in the direction of plague lands for it appears he is a plague dragon. And if its food you want wildclaw, then that is fine as well. We dont have much though, the ridgeback has stolen most of it from many of the tribes. So perhaps he might be hoarding it somewhere and you may take it from him once he has been slain..."

And without looking backwards, he sprinted off in the direction of Foxfire Bramble with the kamaitachi at his heels, eyes scanning for clues that his victim has been nearby. With luck, this really was a Plague dragon. Probably a carrier of something too.

Vladimir picked up the sack and dropped it into his pouch before glancing at the pearlcatcher. "You should probably better dress your wounds, your bleeding on your right side." He said before shooting off into the shadowy forest himself, chasing after the wildclaw with silent strides.
The pearlcatcher was stunned in the middle of the field. She could sense the two dragons she had just contracted were very strong. She only hoped that perhaps these two could do what so many others could not...
