Veinshatter maaaay have tried something with some of the Wide Sky females, but given that the clan was very small when he passed through, the only ones he could really have flirted with would have been Windracer or maybe (creepily) a young Myrial or Whirli. Or Duskrunner, who would not have given a care because he doesn't pay attention to other dragons (except for Gallica now). And I don't even know if Veinshatter is queer, I don't think he is. So.... no.
As for how Windracer feels about Plague: She's never been fond of sickness, although she doesn't get ill herself (except for her old "battle-fever," which is what will cause her to rip enemies apart in the midst of a fight, and take wounds and just keep going) and Helios does not get sick at all- the fire in his blood burns away any sickness before it can actually do anything to him.
That being said... if Windracer and Starless are now friends, she might occasionally worry about his wellbeing and that of his clan members. Her children are immune to illness (for the most part; they would NOT be able to escape some of the more virulent Wyrmwound sicknesses) by virtue of being of Helios' bloodline, but obviously Starless is not. So she'd probably worry that they're all going to get sick and die, because her clan is made mostly of non-immune dragons. She'd also worry about visiting, as dragons visiting from Plague could carry illness over with them, and if her dragons visit Plague they could get sick there and bring something back. She herself will visit and not be worried as she doesn't usually get ill, and her children and Helios are fine. But other than that she urges caution should anyone visit the Wasteland. She much prefers others to visit her, because the winds of the Plateau and the ocean spray by the Ascent (which has to be crossed, I believe, to reach Wind territory from Plague) will wash dragons mostly clean.
