*Val sighs and climbs out of the vent* "Let me see if I can get it off, just need to see the type of lock they used" *Val looks to the back of the collar and sees a key lock*
"I thought they would install a better lock for one so valuable to them" *He extends a claw and starts to pick the lock with it, about a minute later there was a click from the lock as the collar came loose* "There, you happy now?"

(Sorry for not responding for a while everyone. I kinda got mixed up in some stuff over the weekend (For the Emirates of Hacan!!!!). Anyway, I might need to practice drawing a bit to get back into things since I'm a tad rusty, but I'd more then willing to give anyone's character(s) a shot. Dragons have always been my specialty though)

Tyi didn't like the sound of that. Furs that were usually hard to find usually were the kind of furs he hated to work with. There's was always something off about them, and most attempts at scrying them never seemed to work...wait..Scrying?
"Uh...guys...?"
Tyi began, "Maybe we can just find someone who could cast a scrying spell? We'd be able to see what's around her and go from there."

(It's ok. I've been kind of out of it because work and life and stuff, then depression hitting me hard for a few days before I finally began to motivate myself into my usual schedule. It's all good.)
Standing a distance away from Lief and Tyi, Stoo squinted their eyes from the sun and thought about what to do next. They didn't like the sound of the person Lief was speaking of, and their ears dropped in fear. But when Tyi suggested a scry the monster raised a small paw.
"I may know someone. She lives a little ways out of the city and in the forest, but she does a lot of magic things. She taught me how to make my herbal remedies. But she's kind of scary, and mean sometimes..."
(I do have a voodoo witch character, but not sure if I really want to play her for even the short while she'll be in here. I could though if we need it?)

(If you don't want to rp her, I have a character that communes with spirits, and most likely would have this ability. Luckily it would be someone Tyi does know, and, since she's studying at a university, would be someone that could easily be fitted into the rp for the short time we would need her. And...um...while I know you probably have friends you can talk to, if you ever need someone else just to talk to about the depression thing, I'm always willing to listen. Just send me a message anytime ^^)

To which he then muttered under his breath, "Even if half the time they are real, and that's not even getting into every single prophecy made over the years..."

*Val jumps back up into the vent and starts to crawl though it behind Treepelt* "Okay there should be a large vertical shaft coming up, climb it and it should lead to the surface" *Val sees the vertical vent leading to freedom above him.*
"Might I finally be free after about half a cycle in captivity, shut off from the outside world? Did the others that were in the ship with me survive? Can I trust Treepelt once we get out of here? Many questions, but no answer to any of them" *While Val was thinking of this he was climbing the shaft with ease, the exit was near and this just made Val question things even more*
"All of this will be answered once I leave this place, go outside for the first time in well, a long time" *Val was so busy with these questions that he hit the grate at the top the the shaft at near full speed knocking the loose metal grate off, he slowly climbed out of the vent and lay down near the exit hole and holds his head in pain* "Ow, bit too fast out of that vent"

Not to mention the others who could do it were near the sea, and that was....god knows how long from here! No, their best shot was the slim chance of finding the assassin he and Treepelt had met before and asking him for help...if he was even for some reason in this city. though, if one of the others knew someone nearby, he'd be open to it. Stoops words did give him a little encouragement that someone may be here.*

But look there is an electric fence, guards everywhere. and if I am seeing right.... *Treepelt squinted her eyes to the sky* ... yep that is a fource field to keep me from flying. No wounder they let us out with easy. *She stared to dig at the ground and after about a foot pulled back with a yelp and a bloody paw* F**K! The freaking thing is electrified with barbs. Our only way out is the front gate. Can you fight?

*Treepelt shot Val with a shocked look* REALLY! YOU DON'T WANT ME TO HURT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS! REALLY! *She pined Val against a wall by his though. Her teeth bared as she growled at him.* You wanna spare there life, how nodal. You are one of them if you are so stupid you don't realize they are using you too. The instant they spot you smuggling me they will turn on you like all humans do, who work for people like that smuggler. I will not go easy on them and thy will not go easy on you. So if you want to get out of this alive and back where you are suppose to be, I suggest you take my advice and don't go easy on them. I mean unless you wanted to Die! *Treepelt pushed off of Val leaving him to rub his through as she jumped up flapping her wings and landing on top of a two story building close by and scanned the field.*
