You can get Vistas from a few different places! Usually, they drop from different venues in the Coliseum. They're rare, but every venue has one ^_^ You can also Trade for them, or Brew them at the Trading Post, but those are usually harder to get.
The ones I'm handing out were from an event in December last year, that should come around again this year. During that time, you can find these Vistas in specific treasure chests ^_^
