But I remember seeing it around the net, and thinking "hey, that looks fun. I'll join next week." Then when I went to register, I realised that the site does registration windows, and by that stage, the registration window had closed literally a few hours beforehand. Then I built up more towards it, started talking to friends who played, and joined as soon as I could! nwn [br] [b]What Flight did you choose (and why?)[/b] I chose Plague, partly because I loved the lore and the ideas behind it, and partly because of the eyes. (then everyone was lovely and i knew i'd made the right choice. [b]How have you heard from Flight Rising/Why did you join?[/b] I heard about the site from a couple of my friends, who joined at the end of last year sometime and were always going on about their dragons. The site seemed really interesting because of all the backstory and intricacies of the world, so I decided a couple months ago that I would join next time registration was open. [b]What Flight did you choose (and why?)[/b] I chose Light, mainly because I felt like the general values of the Flight were pretty similar to what I find interesting and my personal values (such as the pursuit of knowledge and placing value in relics) [b]Share you wonderful Progen with us! [b]Catfish! [/b] After waiting while weeks drag-on and on until registration opened, my first day here has flown by! (apologies for the bad puns)

I heard about FR during the midnight Hobbit premier but by the time I got around to signing up, reg was already closed. Dun dun dun! So now, four months later, here I am! Now I can help my friends build a hatchery (but mostly I want to play in the coli all day long). I choose Light Flight because it felt like it fit me best. They are so nice, I'm glad I picked them! Here are my Progen babies (Guardian I made and the Mirror was my random). I have heard about this game for quite a while from other people that I know that play it and also play on some pet sites I am on. I had heard about all the neat dragons and things that you can do and that the game is large and keeps adding things/events and such. And, finally, after months of checking the main page, I got lucky! So I just joined this morning and I'm 2 hours off the server time so had to wait till it opened in my zone. I also joined to see how accessible this game is for those in the blind community that are unable to see the icons and are using screen reader technology...small issues with that, but working on a possible solution.

I joined the Earth flight, I guess not for really any particular reason except that the description said they like gems and I thought, at the time, that they might have a better chance of finding them while digging or something.

I'll have to see if I can get the code thing to work for my dragon in a minute. He's a guardian species.

@InuKimi I joined Flight Rising because my step-sister strongly encouraged me to. :3 I ended up choosing the Wind flight because I really like the lore and my favorite color is lime green. @InuKimi Hello~ I'm Kit. I've always been a major dragon lover. How have you heard from Flight Rising/Why did you join? I learned about FR when someone on another website first asked me to draw a fae dragon. I had no clue what it was, then after everything was all said and done, I was loitering on the FR wikipedia to look at the dragons. I joined on a whim. I had heard registration was going to be opening soon but didn't really keep tabs on it. Then there was a post with a link to register on another website and I figured it must be fate. What Flight did you choose (and why?) Water. Apart from my love of the sea and the color blue, I work out at sea so it fits XD Here are my Progens, Icewing and Fringe.
