[b]II.[/b] This raffle is only open to [u]non-Light Flight members[/u]. [b]III.[/b] Tickets may be earned through sending in dragons (see second post for details) or through treasure at 1000 per ticket. Please send all treasure for ticket purchases to @Razaera. [b]VI.[/b] Prize distribution will start after the raffle closes and [color=red][b]AFTER[/b] tickets for the dragon bazaar have been removed from the overall count.[/color] Winners will be drawn [b]at random[/b] via random.org in [b]groups of TEN[/b], and will be [b]pinged in this thread[/b]. When you are drawn, you will have [b]24 hours[/b] from the time of drawing to submit X number of prize preferences according to your Xth position in the group of ten (i.e. if you are 5th out of 10 winners in that round, you submit 5 choices of prizes in ORDER OF DESIRE), and if you do not respond within the 24 hours you will be bumped down to the next round. Your prizes will be sent to you by @Fjaer. [b]V.[/b] There will also be two daily prizes each day, to be drawn after each rollover. One will be given to the top [b]ticket[/b] donator of the previous day, while the other will be drawn purely at random.
