We'll have to build a maze and two pools, as well as carve out nice spaces to hide or nap in in the maze and the rest of the outside location. And the underwater. Thankfully a lot of the more intelligent familiars, the Beastclan ones helping us with all this especially, can help us coordinate the rest. If we handle logistics, there's a

Maybe you could add some safety precautions. I would brief the guests on what to do, what not to do, signs of discomfort to look out for. You could provide gloves for those who can't easily retract their claws, and inform them which familiars have a tough hide and which familiars they should be careful with.
In the front, you should only have docile familiars that aren't easily agitated. Some guests could be impatient and approach them before you're done with the briefing. Maybe you could also put up signs with notes; what familiars like, what they dislike, some fun-facts so the visitors actually want to read them…

You two are allowed to pet them because you live here, they know who you are, and they know you’re both children who move far, far before you think, if you ever get around to that part at all. Cian: Alright, that one sounds pretty workable. I’ll add it to the twins’ list of things to do— ask our engineering department to get us a catapult.
Cherish: We have two cannons, by the way.
Cian: … Since when?
Cherish: Thirty seconds ago? Two of the mimics overheard and we’ve got two cat cafe-themed cannons now.

Arcane: And to answer your questions… “Are you sure you know what you're getting into?” No. “You and the others both?” Absolutely not. “You're not real babies, right?” The one hosting storytime with the gigantic skeleton you were staring at sure is. Well, slightly older. Counts.
Arcane: I’m pretty sure if the giant skeleton didn’t want to listen to a kids’ book it would have indicated this by now, so it’s probably safe.
