But he was lucky to have the knowledge and strength. Now Samudra is a little more relaxed to have Sundrop depart his home. @naranciag @DravenSparrow @BlueEternity Samudra, on a particularly cold day, was feeling rather lonesome. His second born, Moondrop went home with his mother and his eldest had recently left the hut. He missed raising hatchlings. The joys of their laughter and teaching them to gather and fight, while also having fun. He yawned, stretched with a fire burning hot to provide heat. He was visited by [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/73234340]Ponos[/url], the "leader" of the Outpost. "Kae has instated an ambassador project for the ancients, for alliance purposes. She decided that you would be best for our Veilspun ambassador who is visiting for a few short weeks," Ponos spoke with hardly any emotion. Samudra knew his life had been tough and dedicates himself for the protection of the clan.. he just wished Ponos could loosen up and have fun. Well, now Samudra had to make a good impression. The veil was going to arrive any minute. He brushed out his Mane, washed his claws, made sure no scale was out of place. [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/66925368][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/669254/66925368_350.png[/img][/url] She arrived shortly, glistening against the bright sky. She stood against the breeze as if it were nothing. It was embarrassing to admit, but Samudra felt like a giddy child, happy and instantly feeling attracted. Her name was Starlight, and she was traveling throughout the light flight in efforts of documentation. Stow-On-Side was her final stop before returning home, and she seemed exhausted. Samudra came to her aid and gathered food, water and the warmest fire. Starlight had plenty of stories to tell, and they all had Samudra hooked and wanting to listen to more. Days passed, and it turned out Starlight had an attraction as well for the other Veilspun. Beside the hut, there was a nest built where three eggs were healthily growing. @naranciag @DravenSparrow @BlueEternity After countless days of waiting, the second clutch from Samudra began to hatch. He was a bit more experienced now after having a clutch before. This time, instead of a hatch scare, all eggs hatched with no trouble. Of course the new mother tended to her children and made sure they were okay. After days she knew her time on Stow-on-side was well over done.. and she had to return home. She decided to take the eldest with her, further helping Stow-on-side's case. Perhaps they will have a new alliance soon? Left with Samudra was the youngest son, Avisa and his first daughter, Cordelia. They were very different in personality. His son clung to him while Cordelia preferred to be on her own. I'm deciding I will only level up the hatchlings who are not adopted right away. They will still come with a goodie bag!

Her food, goodies and familiar friend. She takes out the map of her new home and gets ready to depart. Samudra wishes her luck and gives a final embrace. Cordelia thanks him before spreading her wings and taking off. The sky was fading into a nice pink, then orange.

After all, he had been overly reliant on his father. Holding the map between his claws, he saw his new home was resided in the nature flight. It looked peaceful enough and a bit safe. He was nervous, obviously scared of change. His father walked him to the outskirts of the light flight. This is where they would have to depart. Sharing a final hug, Avisa couldn't help but start crying. He'd miss his father. He already missed his sister Cordelia who'd found a home quicker than him. After the embrace, he spread his wings and took off. He'd have to hold himself together and not look back. ----- Samudra's offspring of the 2nd clutch have all been claimed. Next dragon is Mint, and the thread will update once they've nested!
