[center]Another healthy nest was satisfying Seranida and her journey of offspring. Aluino was around here and there during his time of studying, but he came around to make sure all was well. It wasn't his first nest but this visit made for an unexpected one. But he made sure to be there when they hatched.

The first came had a shine in their eyes that rivaled the stars. At such a young age it could mean anything; mischief, intelligence, grandeur-- but whatever it was they would be amazing at it.

The second broke through and held a pretty mellow demeanor, causing little trouble for those watching over them. This slow pace made them observe quite a bit around them and learn their surroundings well.

The final one emerged and was eager to fly once they figured out their wings work. For the most part. Frantic flapping around and jumping makes for good flight practice, right? Totally. Nothing short of a nap was gonna stop them.
Another three come and would join their brother and sisters out there in the grand world one day. No doubt having a sparkle in their eye when they put their hearts and minds into something.

Rainy days made for busy stores as dragons retreated from the wet and muggy weather outside. Yume had traveled to this town to look at the handmade fabrics and became stuck in the tailor's store, waiting the rain to let up. By now she had wandered around the shelves, looked at all the things and fiddled with anything of interest... Its just a waiting game.
And boy does she wait.
Bacca at some point comes up to have some small talk during her break. It was a bit of a task to get Yume to speak up, but it was pleasant when it was achieved! Together they traded tricks of being seamstresses and talked about the town and its people. The pink Mirror seemed inclined towards her fellow artisan but was sadly turned down. However the ever familiar Wildclaw walked on by, watering the plants on her person in the rain.
Bacca explained Seranida could be open to the idea.. but it was hard to tell from the recent journey she was on. She gave a quick explanation of what she meant when the Mirror tilted her head in question, them quickly reacting with an even more shy but intrigued demeanor.
The rains let up and the next day Seranida was approached and offered help on her.. quest by the shy little Yume.

It was no one's fault really and it means they could both give it plenty of attention to make sure it was healthy. It may have made the abundant silence between the two ladies awkward but Seranida reassured her mate that it was alright. Yume was a first time parent after all. It would be a good learning experience.
The weather was kind to the nesting grounds and the egg hatched without much complication. Both parents looked on as the husk tore away and the small hatchling blinked at the sun.

Alunio's apprentice, Seiun, came along to the town of Trearge to help with the research found at its observatory and library. They were able to get a decent amount of work done and shared their own findings with Henrietta. No doubt, Seranida came around again but only with the intention of catching up with Alunio this time around. It was a nice time, learning of the profession the two Skydancer's share and their progress.. catching up about the hatchlings when the student was away.
During their stay, Seiun has another restless night with research and figures a break in the fresh air would help. On his walk he comes across the Wildclaw again and they mingle for a little while, looking up at the stars and passing the time.
She offers a few remedies for sleepless nights while he wonders what made his teacher try to hide his blush earlier that day.
Its safe to say his mystery was solved in a few days time when he found out what she's all about.

[center]Ah the nervous, first time parent compared to the one that has held.. -counts- 12 nests now? Its a fun contrast to see and the overconfidence that Seiun has about things is amusing as well. He may know a lot of the stars and the sky, but this is a new playing field that Seranida and Gale are happy to educate him in. And he takes that knowledge in quickly.

The next was also full of life, but the markings expressed themselves brilliantly against the darker colors. One would think they were glowing.. what magical potential this one could have.
These two hold the different aspects of the parents beautifully.. one down to earth and one that looks like it belongs in the night sky. Or at least in the northern lights. This new aspect of life was something Seiun needed a whole new chapter about in his books.

And after hearing of Yume's stay she had to see this one for herself. It would just take a couple of days to work up the nerve, knowing the reputation she holds. They took turns looking over things, making sure the leaves were healthy. The both of them enjoyed some small talk within the comforts of Yoru's boundries.
The day all the eggs started to hatch was an exciting one as they all came within minutes of eachother.

Once again another visitor from the Kiaptico clan comes to venture around the town and learn of its culture. This time a chef, perhaps in some need of ingredients or a like minded artisan to learn some new tricks of the trade. They enjoyed their stay and mingled with many folk around, visitors and residents alike. He had heard of one particular dragon that resided there.. but not too much detail, or at least nothing that caught interest.
Until he saw who they were sharing tales about. And the plants that she adorned her body with. They looked marvelous.. magical.. and possibly a secret ingredient for very special dish in the works? Only one way to find out. And if she isn't easy to part with them.. perhaps a deal is in order.
