Generation D hatched, and they're beautiful!
Doodle:

I can't decide yet which will be my heir, they're both very good looking which I wasn't expecting because I really don't like thylacine. Probably Doodle, because her name is better?
I'm back with my U pair and I'm not disappointed with the mate I found. Okay, the offspring possibilities are a little chaotic, as the colors don't seem to fit most of the time, but well... having a Gem gene for once just made me even more enthusiastic about the whole thing.
So meet Uther after he's all grown up and his mate Una.

And here are there offspring possitiblities:

Unfortunately, I got Una as a hatchling, so they're not breeding for another 19 days.

My Alphabet Unwilling Crackle Challenge continues with the D generation. Despite a wide range of possibilities, all three of the kids got a primary in a shade of blue.
Ugliest of the lot is the only Skydancer, Darksoul. Her species is probably the only redeeming quality about her. Everything is ugly and clashes.

Sister Dempsy is marginally better, but that swamp crackle really destroys the whole. I like swamp, but not like this. I would also rather not continue with a freckle secondary, since I have a peregrine option (luckily).

So my heir has to be the only male, Dazzlegaze, who does indeed "dazzle" the gaze somewhat. Splash is a truly repulsive shade of blue, so I'm actually grateful for the violent radioactive crackle covering most of it. He's generally the most harmonious of the siblings, and I like that he's bright and cheerful.

His mate, Dyce, is really attractive, but will not do much for generation E. The only thing I can hope is that her secondary will push the future generation out of pink wings. None of her genes (of course, since I love all three) are likely to pass on, and I will just have to hope that none of the kids inherit the three murky greens that are possible between their parents' bright tertiaries.

So! I just hatched my W nest today, and the heir is...

Windrun!

Windmourne. Which is pretty funny, actually.
I just don't want to be back in Thylacine...so from here on out, instead of picking the heirs with RNG, I'll hand pick them unless I have no preference. We're coming pretty close to the end at this point.

B Nest hatched today.....we have:
Basah, female

and Belnan, female:

Belnan will be heir because I like her colors better, mostly because the smoke is not too prominant. Twenty days to find a mate.
Here is Quell, my single beautiful baby from the Q generation!

And here is her boy after... forty pages of auction house:

They're... special special children.
This is it. I've given in. I'm doing this.
I bought my A dragons for about 7k treasure each, and I got pretty lucky with the colours, genes and breed.

This is Auldrant, a triple gem-gened Wildclaw.

And there's also Athena, who also has a couple of gem genes.

@Sparkbreeze They're really pretty! I hope your luck with pretty dragons continues for the rest of the challenge too.
