LOL I just got a Spirit of Lightning familiar and I usually price things based off of existing listings in the auction house but there currently aren't any for this little guy, and I have no idea how much it's worth!!

The Spirit of _ familiars usually are priced between 100 to 200 gems, sometimes a little higher. You can seach for just "Spirit of" in the Auction House to see all the other types and how they're priced.
