I need your help!
I have a huge gemstone-themed dragon collection and I'm looking for help finding new gemstones/crystals/metals/minerals to make into dragons. Any help is appreciated, and I'd love to hear fun facts about your favorite gemstone even if I already have a dragon for it!
If you want to start your own gemstone-themed dragon collection, by all means do! Flight Rising needs more gem dragons out there! I'm surprised I haven't come across any other collections like this in the years I've been on this site, other than a gem-named dragon here and there. So if you already have a collection, let me know because I would love to see it too!

I have a lot of crystal-themed dragons, so here are some of them. The rest are scattered through Nap Town in my hibden, or stored in Crystalline Cove in my main lair

The name Swarovski for that dragon is genius! I have a coatl with that right combo, but not on her secondary,
Atarata it reminds me I need to give her more love, she's been hibernating for like 2 years XD
Amethyst and Sugilite are also amazing! As soon as I saw that skin in the festival shop I had plans to get a nice colored dragon to pair it with, but you NAILED IT! The jewelry box fae is so cool looking too, that blue really contrasts the silver so well! Thank you for sharing!

I LOVE your crystal den!! I think my favorites are Kunzite, Sunstone, and Morganite,, but honestly, all of them are gorgeous. I'm definitely going to make a Kunzite dragon now, I just need to get a hold of that shade! light pinks and purples in coatls are not cheap for some reason lol. Thank you too for sharing your dragons!

His pink is Platinum and his purple is Mist, if that helps. I actually enjoy the reds and pinks that Platinum gets with some genes, especially Crystal!

@PeepinBones
I adore crystals! I don't have any crystal dragons yet, nor likely any time soon, though I am tempted to make a glass one (using the same genes below).
Ooh, you heard of Ulexite? It's also called TV stone because when looked down on from above the crystal formation does weird things with the light. It you place it on some writing and slowly turn it while looking down on it, the writing will become more crisp or more blurry, or may even vanish entirely - it's seriously cool.
If I were to make one for that I'd do something like this;

Moon crystal, orca bee, pearl soap. Personally I'd also pick imperial over coatl because of how more shows through the wings, but your lair is very consistent, so... hehe.
My favourite type of crystal though? Ugh that's like asking a mama to pick her favourite child! ... ... Hows about I just talk about another cool type instead? hehe.
Dunno if you have these yet, your layer is big and I am dyslexic, heh, but hows about enhydros and golden Enhydros? ^_^
Enhydro crystals have a water pocket (at least one), and if you are lucky you can find one with an air bubble that you can see move, which is also the easiest way to spot them (I have some of those!). Golden enhydros on the other hand have golden oil with tiny black spots. Most enhydros i have seen or heard about are in the quartz family of stones (I have some in quartz and had two in agate but one had a micro fissure from when it was cut and polished so it slowly evaporated :( ) though all the golden enhydros I have seen so far have been quartz.
So, here's how I'd do an agate enhydro and a quartz golden enhydro. ^_^

^ Python latte, Malachite latte, ice capsule.

^ Orca Wasp, white bee, Yellow capsule. Went with wasp over crystal because it more resembles the pieces I have (small mostly clear but with fault-lines), and it gives black bits which echoes the tiny black spots all my golden enhydroes have.

Fun story: We were discussing that particular geode accent on Discord, and collectively decided that the best dragon to wear it would be an XXY with neutral Ground and Fissure and purple Firebreather. All the genes involved are free and I have the impulse control of a four-year-old.

Alvanara yES I need both Enhydro crystals as dragons ASAP. I think I may have heard of a rock with enclosed water, but not like this! That is SO COOL, Imma need some for my own rock collection too. Using capsule is a fantastic idea, good lord. I have a 'capsule curse' going around with my dragons right now so this is a perfect opportunity.
Also that TV stone is wild looking too. It reminded me of Selenite at first but the hazy effect is so mesmerizing. I really like the coatl ver you did there for it! I'll have to think of some combos to further get that haze, maybe soap or stain like you did. I have a breeding project going on right now for Aura Quartz using the soap gene, so I may be able to use rejects from that to make this lol
Thank you for sharing and the suggestions!

The haze thing I added to the TV stone is inspired by the weird thing it does with light when turned, and how easily it shows colours through it when placed on something, though the only stones I've seen so far are themselves pure white, so a white soap might also work. Funnily enough it's structure is very like a version of selenite called satinspar, which is often made into lamps because of how the crystal structure funnels light like fibreoptics (which TV stone also does).
Speaking of haze, that immediately put me in mind of moonstone - I saw you have a peach moonstone, but there are many other colours out there if you ever wanted more.
Here's how I'd do a grey moonstone, like a couple in my collection;

Iridecent, shimmer, soap. Flint, Flint, Orca.
Speaking of variations of ones you already have, I spotted labradorite in your lair. Love that stone. Did you know there is a sneaky marketing gimmick in the stone and semiprecious jewellery business (one of many, tbh) that renames white labrodorite "white moonstone" because moonstone sounds more cool and romantic then labradorite? You can tell them apart because moonstone is soft and hazy with a haze that a paler version of it's base colour, often with a silver tint, while labradorite, regular or white, has a vivid colour flash, usually blue but can be any colour, that is very dependent on the direction of light and the angle you are looking at
This would be my top pick for making white labradorite ("white moonstone" style).

Cysocolla, malachite, flecks. White, white, cornflower. I also considered glimmer, firebreath and opal for the tirt.
(stop me, I could do this all day, I love crystals, hehe)

@Alvanara I never knew that about white labradorite! Reg labradorite is my favorite stone so I took extra time making the perfect one in my collection. I have to make this variant now too!
And yes! I've been trying to do moonstone for a while but I can never breed light-colored coatls for some reason. I just bought a few to get a breeding project going for a new design idea I have for aura quartz, so hopefully I can use some with moonstone too. I'm going to aim to knock out aura quartz, white lab, and moonstone altogether if I can. I made a few mockups, (I hope you don't mind I referenced, but made sure not to copy yours), and I used similar primaries and secondaries between the three, all within a few colors of one another, so it should be achievable. The tets are going to be a project, but I can save up the treasure if need be.
I really like the black in the white lab, so I made mine with crackle to give a similar effect. I wanted to have crystal for prime, but I also wanted that blue in there so I settled for iridescent instead.

I may change the white facet for ice alloy, in which it would look like this:
