Seeking an artist to design a dragon based on the Infinite Dragonflight from World of Warcraft and the blue-toned Prime Evil Diablo skin from Heroes of the Storm. Not looking for huge levels of detail like the examples, just the vibe/theme! This would preferably be flat color, no need for shading or any excessive detailing.
