Yup, there is! You can acquire food from the coliseum, from Baldwin brewing, and from purchasing food from other users off the auction house or items for sale forum.
Additionally, pretty much every flight has a food bank to help users feed their lairs for free. Check out the Arcane forums and see what they have to offer!
