Find a Dragon

I don’t want to spend a lot of money but I want to give good home to some bad tertiary Nocs! Anybody have any under 10kt? I would like at least tolerable primary and secondary, but I have absolutely no concern for whatever th e tert is! No more at 10kt please [emoji=Tundra scared size=1]
