Firstly, having more than one account is against the TOS so...
Secondly, there needs to be a lot more details in this. What do you even mean by can't? Is there an error, do you just never log in? Just a couple generic things- try clearing your cache, see if you are logged in on only one side of the site (www1 vs www).
