It might be my computer, but I figured I'd post it just in case.
No matter what I click on in the drop boxes, the images don't appear. Even just going in and clicking "Predict" just loads up the little broken image icon. This has been going on for me since 2 or 3 days after I signed up. It was working, now it just does this :(

To be clear - this happens even when you've selected a value for every single one of the drop-downs?
This is what should happen if you leave any of them blank, as in your screenshot.
