The white spats seem to not align with the feet and two black bars appear at the right and bottom image

The Steampunk wings on some of the dragons just look wonky, example of a Skydancer below.
It just doesn't fit the wing, it doesn't follow the way the wing is folded as if it's made for some other dragon instead.
Is there any explanation for this happening?
