I've also noticed that the Familiar Friends achievement isn't on the list of obtainable achievements for me. I'm assuming that whatever achievement you've gotten that you either have never done or have already achieved isn't there, either.

It's a sitewide problem that they're working on now. Nobody is going to be actioned for abusing a glitch or anything.
