this guy? hes built like a vulture with more wyvern-like anatomy but feel free to lean slightly more into bird if you feel more confident about that!
also you can draw him with either circular or horizontal pupils!
if youre struggling with the object on his head,
here's a turnaround 3d model as well!
last but not least, you can draw him in a more natural pose or something closer to whatever cartoon birds do (eg. using wings as arms/hands etc). hes just a guy who can turn into a bird so ya. if you need vibes you can see some more art of him here

rayymond - hell yeah that's a rad a heck character! i'd be more than happy to take him on! also thank you so much - i do send wips in dms, usually at the sketch phase just to make sure everything is looking correct before i move on to finalizing the lines and coloring then.
also just as a heads up i have one person in line ahead of you, but chances are i would be able to get started this weekend (if you'd prefer to wait to cr me until i actually can start) either way i'll put you down on the list!
