[size=4]Alohora has flown a long way from home to meet with the fortune-teller, Laonicus. She had heard whispers of his abilities all over the Starwood Strand, and finally decided to seek him herself.
The reason for this was the growing uncertainty of what the future held, not just for Sornieth as a whole, but for her and her loved ones - specifically Joff, her mate, and Finn, her charge. Since settling in the Starwood Village her clan has grown, and so have the clans of her neighbours.
Riptide - her mother's distant cousin, hailing from the Fishspine Reef - and her clan have been invaluable friends and allies. On the other hand, Bloodbane - the self-proclaimer "Conquerer" from Quarantine Zone #128 - and his horde of misfits have been a thorn in her side and a growing concern for all who call the Starfall Isles home. Then, there is the Greenwood, a new quasi-clan (not quite a clan) that has begun to accrue members from all over the globe, whose purpose and loyalties are as inscrutable as its enigmatic leaders.
With strange happenings in all of the elemental domains, there seem to be more questions than answers, and Alohora is concerned about what this all means. Are those of the Greenwood friends or foes? When will Bloodbane make his move? Can Alohora and Riptide stand together, or will they fall apart?
With these thoughts in mind, the worried Guardian approaches the table and the mysterious Fae, her Primal eyes wary.
"Hello, sorry to bother you, but are you the Fae known as Laonicus, the fortune-teller?," she asks, her soft voice belying her intimidating size. "I am Alohora, matriarch of the Starwood Village Clan. I heard tales of your powers of prophecy, and I have come on behalf of my clan to learn of what might be in the coming days. Will you do me the honour of giving me a reading?"
