i had a peep at your items for trade but i am not sure if there would be enough value to get 2 full body's they usually start at 2500G per character for flat color.
I think both of them would be 4500G because one would be a bit easier to draw so i would give a little discount.
I would be interested in all the elemental sashes, Will o the Ember, Bamboo breeze cape x 2 and Aerborne Halo.

Ok tallying up by LAH...
Sashes: plague (130g), stone (140g), ice x2 (340g), wind (300g), water (145g)
Will o the ember (950g)
Bamboo breeze cape (80g) (I only have one of those, did you mean a different wind item?)
Aerborne halo (150g)
which comes out to 2235g if I've added right. If you're not interested in anything else there I could top it up to 2500 for just the birdfolk with 265k treasure, assuming he's the more complicated one?

I must have looked at your list weirdly i thought you had 2 Bamboo breeze capes but that's okay.
The birdfolk is indeed the more complicated design of the 2.
I usually ask for full payment after i finish the sketch and the commissioner approves of it. So if that's okay with you I'll add this to my to-do list ~
I should have time to sketch either Monday/Tuesday so I'll keep you posted.
If you have any information i should know about your character or want to be more specific about the commission feel free to let me know.

The bangles and jewelry in his feathers don't need to be exact in positioning, the idea there is just 'collection of random shiny tat he's collected'. Posing etc is up to you, he's a D&D barbarian turned fate deity that used to be always raring for a fight but being a god has mellowed him out a little bit!
