I would be in full support of a NPC nest rental on the site or a baldwin item that can temporarily change the element of a single nest in one's lair.

Given that there aren't any safeguards for people loaning out dragons for breeding (and it wouldn't be feasible for staff to go around investigating every potential issue with nest rentals, especially since negotiations can happen offsite or in DMs), we do seriously need an alternative solution.

Plus, it could be a good treasure sink, since nest rental is so popular! (While some people do it for free, the safety guarantee is worth a price.)

Since Your Clan's Element is a significant part of the gameplay, I think it'd be closer to the site's intent to have to have another person involved, but I don't know how complicated that would be for Staff to implement. Have they ever spoken on this topic?

there's really no logistical reason to not have site moderated nesting available

Been saying for years now: There should be a Baldwin brew item that can temporarily change the element of a single nest.

It could even be pricey to make, like needing an elemental stone of the desired element.

But there really should be a way for folks to do it for themselves.
