Points on male Aethers seams to be weirdly colored on the left arm. Its easier to see with darker colors on white or lighter colors then on dark.

I went to check this for myself, and while I initially did think the pattern was incorrect too, I compared it with the female and found that it's actually only strange looking because it's trying to match up with the bending of the elbow and the foreshortening of the wing. The front wing of the male points towards the camera, so the endpoint of the pattern also correctly points forward. Hope this helps!

Aether medusa on hatchlings seems to have an issue with the shading on the eggs: it appears darker and not as colorful (possibly missing a layer?). It is more noticeable with colors that are either bright and/or the shading is a different color than that of the eggs. This is inconsistent with the other hatchling poses with this gene. Below are nightshade and bronze as examples, though radioactive and grapefruit also show this fairly well.
