I do not see any wildclaw scrolls out there. Where they at? How much do they cost and are they in the MP at all or you have to guy them off the AH??

codylynx wildclaw scrolls have been cycled out for the time being so that means they're not retired but they currently don't restock in the marketplace

They used to be in the Gem Marketplace for 2000 gems, but were cycled out sometime after Coatls came out. The only way you can find them right now is through the AH. Of course, expect to pay quite a bit more than 2000 gems for it until they come back into the MP, but there's no telling when they'll cycle back in.
