edit: do you have any idea of what sailfin would look like on these, given the shape and confined space? I'm sorely tempted, but all my favourite no-skin auras have sailfin honestly, and I don't know if I'd like how it looks on this template ^^' would it be weird if I chucked 100kt at you specifically just to sponsor sailfin so I can see how it'd look?

I can tell you that Sailfin will have a lot of the definition on the back (I'll probably fill up most of the white space) but the belly fin will be either completely flat (like
this mermaid I drew before), squished down (like
this other mermaid I drew), or look like ruffles peeking out (I don't have a reference for this one, sorry >A<). If you throw 175kt at me I'll sketch all three belly fin possibilities and you can pick whichever one you like for me to finish, if you like any of them.

I like the squished down mermaid fins better than the flat ones, so I think those or the ruffles poking out style would probably work better! I'd be happy to chuck 175kt at you to make the experiment and then even if I don't decide to go ahead with full commission you'll have something to show the next sailfin curious person ^^
