I usually use Sylvandyr's FR Coli Skills and Enemies tool (thread) for this.
If you set it to Enemy Stats Mode, you can pick a venue and it'll show you the enemy's stats and AI. All NotN mages (listed in italics in the guide) are neutral element, so they have "contuseMeditate" AI.
You can also look this up in the monsters tab of the Game Database (it only lists stats, but high INT means mage). I find it's less convenient, though.
It doesn't look like either resource is updated for this year's new enemies yet, so you might have to wait and see what they do, unfortunately.
