I'd still prefer they replace the horns, but this is a good compromise. Very pretty!

They look unbelievably great, especially M pose. Honestly I'm a bit shocked. I really didn't expect the devs to change the way they draw this gene, but I'm so glad they did?!?
I love it so much, super cool

Eeehh, not quite my thing. What bothers me most with non-veil branches is how thick they are, especially near the base where they sit on the dragon's head. They look too massive to fit. The way they kinda jut out of the head with the symmetrical big flowers feels awkward as well, regardless of dragon pose.
But I love the fact that they wrap around the horns and I'm glad so many people seem to love them. I'll probably only stick to branches on veils and a few select other breeds, but it's definitely an improvement. Also, I adore the idea that branches interact differently with each breed - that for some it might replace the horns, for some they're totally seperate, or in this case they intertwine. I hope for future branch ports we keep this trend of the branches doing something unqiue!

that actually is what was bothering me the most, you just put it into words! even though the base thickness is the same as the gaoler's horns, something about the fact that they grow straight up is off?

I think they look really cool, like overgrown vines curling around the Gaoler's natural horns. I am very satisfied with this update!
