TOPIC | Sell me on your favorite petsite!
Here’s the deal. For a while now the only petsite I’ve been playing is Flightrising, but I’m itching to have a couple different ones to play simultaneously like I used to. Problem is, most of the sites I used to play on are either nonexistent or just dead now, so I’m looking for some new ones and… there is so many that I’m getting a bit overwhelmed in my search.

So, that’s where you come in! I want you guys to pitch your favorite petsite/s to me. Convince me to join them! I’m not going to list which ones I already have an account on, because a lot of them I’ve hardly touched and could use a push to actually play them anyhow, haha. So even if it’s a fairly popular one, toss it at me! :]

I don't play a lot of petsites either, but I enjoy dragon cave! a lot more lowkey than fr, you get eggs and get them views to make them grow up. there's less customisation which means a lot more breeds, an encyclopedia to unlock and lots of cool colourways and extra stuff to find!

As I haven't been on various sites for a while I recently found Dappervolk again after not playing for a while. A friend of mine invited me to a new site called Santae. :)

Flight Rising is still my favorite so far but I've played/still play other petsites.

Gryffs.com is a gryphon based petsite that I play a lot. It is different than Flight Rising and more passive. The art is cool and the different genes and colors look amazing on the gryphons. You can also dress your gryphons and add backgrounds, like Flight Rising. But in terms of actual gameplay, you send your gryphons hunting or battling once a day, but your alpha gryphon can go into the Meadow every 4 hours to collect gold and chests. Fun to play (for me) but not as interactive as Flight Rising.

Wolvden and Lioden (both made by the same people I think) are fun too and more interactive than Gryffs. You start a wolf pack or lion pack and take care of them as the leader of the pack. You hunt, send other pack members hunting, train the young, and both have games to play for currency/food. I stopped playing though because they both have pet deaths. I lost an entire batch of wolf puppies in a couple of days and it ruined the fun of the game for me lol.

Dappervolk is more RPG-like. You create a humanoid avatar that is either elf, human, animal, or celestial. The creation of your avatar is pretty basic but there is a lot of customization you can get as you play. You hatch pets from basic items, the first pet you get is hatched from a turnip, and then as you play through the story, you collect more items to hatch, more pets, and unlock more worlds and characters that you can do daily quests for. The art is beautiful, the pets are adorable and varied, but the gameplay gets repetitive fast with only a few games and daily quests that repeat too often.

Whew okay, I'll stop rambling lol.
