I swung back by here last week for the first time in several years after a conversation in Discord made me nostalgic.I even got a friend excited to sign up after sharing some of my projects here from a decade ago. Lots has changed, but I found that the game is still too difficult to manage via mobile. Ah well.
But I did my best, and even made two forum posts asking for auction pricing advice for older dragons. And: not one single reply. Ah well again, but man. I guess every community starts slowing down after awhile eh?

The forums have been moving at breakneck speed since the new breed release, we're definitely not dead here! However, since that is a niche topic and in a forum that likely moves fast, it's not too surprising although disappointing to have it buried.
I'd suggest posting in the Old Oaks Dragon Association, since they deal with the sale and rehoming of old dragons. Someone there should have info for you and be active enough to see your post!

The community is being very active right now, they just aren’t interacting with your posts. It happens sometimes. We have a 50 plus page thread created yesterday, they’re focused on other things.

I've noticed that a lot more community activity happens on discord! It's why the inflight forums are so vacant [emoji=banescale sad size=1]

Tbh, I've found a lot of conversation has moved onto Flight Rising discord servers. Some people do still use the forums but, if you want faster paced conversation or immediate answers, those are probably better. I wouldn't say the community is dying down, just moved. Big updates do tend to get the forums moving again (see the Everlux discussion) but, more mundane day to day stuff tends to get more discussion on discord.
For pricing questions in particular, it sounds like either posting the question to a larger dedicated thread or posting to a flight rising discord (a lot of them have dedicated @ s for stuff like that) would get you faster answers.

the community is pretty active. you didn't bump your pricing thread at all, so i doubt many people saw it. i would also say that all of those dragons other than the g1s are fodder price, to be honest. the bred g1s won't be worth as much as they would have been unbred; they have pretty colors though, especially thaw, so maybe a couple hundred gems? charname would likely be fodder price unless you found a very niche buyer.

The community is doing plenty fine; old dragons are just more of a niche thing so not everybody is going to be knowledgeable on the subject. I believe there's a forum topic somewhere for old dragon sales and the like.
As others have mentioned already, a lot of the activity happens in various FR Discord servers too.

You've got a pretty old account there, so it's probably a safe bet to say that you missed the small changes in forum etiquette that have changed over time, and are still changing right now. Bumps are alright in some forums but not others! Flight forums are serious in-flight resources only. The suggestions forum is only occasionally an active warzone! As you get re-acclimated to the site, I recommend easing yourself back into the forums slowly, spend more time observing and learning what's new. Jumping right in, as you've already experienced by now, tends to get glossed over or ignored. It's nothing personal, honest, it's just how the new FR rhythm is, and it's okay to take a while to see where you slot in.

Thanks all for the context and pointers. I'm not going to be able to manage individual replies, but I do appreciate you all.

I looked through your sales tab and noticed LeVar, Breezy, and Adrizar have 7-digit id numbers, which makes them more desirable to oldie collectors and thus more valuable.
They'd probably sell very quickly if you listed them in the 250-300 gems range, though you might get higher offers if you make a sales thread and ping the
ODCA's Mid-High 7 Digits pinglist.
