Capsule on certain colors isn't white-ish but rather gets a strong accent color to the 'container'.
I know this works on these colors, but there's probably a lot more:
Obsidian
Beige
Forest
Wine
Taupe
Gold
Emerald

Navy Flaunt on Nocturne hatchlings makes their cheek look like a bulging eye.

Wish on M pose Imperials gives them sad looking little dot eyebrows and eyeliner.
Blue eared Pearlcatcher hatchlings! For some reason, PC hatchlings with the black iridescent primary have these bright blue ears, which disappear as they grow older / if their primary gene is changed - could be a mistake, but I think its neat.

This works only on baby Undertides, but Metallic gives them a goat nose :]

this is one of my favorites I had no idea about this bc I typically dont like metallic but I LOVE. the goat nose
also one of my own notes on goat eyes: due to the way theyre drawn + not disturbing the pupil, goat eye types are often missing a layer of shine so they can cryptically blend into the dragon a bit. combining this with filigree and the right colors makes banes look like they have giant bug eyes and I love it

no one has mentioned that phantom on gaolers makes a heart nose. You can tell best with the babs as shown here by my little guy Elias [orca's contrasting colors makes it really apparent]

Love this thread so much!!! So many cool discoveries :D
Here is my contribution, albeit old and probably well known!
Primary basic + crackle of the same color can cause dragons to look like weathered statues/marble/cracked!! I know crackle isn't very popular but I think it looks wonderful with the right application!

Obsidian
Also, boulder/myrid/smoke triples make the dragon look like they have very curly hair/fur!! Something I will be using for when I create a fandragon of my toy poodle. <3

I had never imagined something this weirdly specific was possible, but....SDF rainbow tail tuftie.....

I realize it looks distinctly more like a rainbow on some displays than others but I'm basically weeping at this it was a completely accidental discovery and idk if I'll ever use it but I think its so cool. natural born rainbow fluff
I want to hear about more incredibly specific gene interactions that do cool and/or weird stuff like this! whats the skinny, no detail too small!! and is there a superior rainbow tail tuft out there that would force me to retire in shame

I bred this boy based on your discovery! He's my first Obelisk <3 Thanks for finding this tip
