[Center]So I have come to the recent discovery that there is, in fact, no bread food items in fr (I think). The closest we have is the bug cake.

How have dragons gone this long without making normal bread? Its a really simple food to make. And tack on how many different grain food items we have and other ingredients that could definitely be made to make bread.
Does yeast not exist in fr or something?

1st Anniversary Stolen Cake
Insect
For some dragons, this cake has been ruined; for others, it has been enhanced! (Happy 1st Anniversary, Flight Rising!)

Not a food item, but we do have the pastry chef tray!

Baked goods are definitely a thing, just maybe not as a proper food item yet.
I was also gonna mention that but yeah, they definitely have the capability of making bread/pastries. Yet we have no actual bread yet.
FR might not have bread but we've got these friends:

But seriously... It is a little surprising we don't have an official bread bread item. We have grains to make a flour; we have oils, eggs, butter and water; we have access to heat and fire. We most assuredly have yeasts for risen breads Plague flight is literally right here- things can rot and ferment we have reference to rum and wine, chances are we have some sort of yeast. We could definitely make bread.
We do know the longnecks can make granola bars which are just a mini Nut Loaf if you think about it for too long.

Hoard food items seem to usually be unprocessed ingredients. Perhaps clicking "Convert to Food Points" can be construed as prepping/cooking the chosen ingredients.

This is always what I imagined, they're roasting peppers or making sashimi from fish or in the case of plague, tossing soup in the pot (they must have bread bowls, right?)
several items have reference to being cooked including: [item=blue honeycomb][item=vegetable oil][item=ripe yellow banana] they could definitely make a banana loaf!

Blue Honeycomb
Plant
Coral Carpenter honey solidifies extremely quickly when exposed to warm air. Many crafty dragons will pour the honey into molds as a way of quickly and easily making hard candies.

Ripe Yellow Banana
Plant
One of the sweetest, most delicious treefruits there is. The riper a yellow banana it is, the more nutrients it provides. Commonly used as a dessert.
as much as i'd love to see more processed foods, the food system has to adhere to a very strict type system so things start to break down when you think about the incorporation of ingredients like eggs or milk or shortening. chocolate is processed from plants but would it really feel right to have chocolate in the plant catagory? eggs could fall under meat but where in the hell do you put milk or other forms of dairy? although the inclusion of literally just oil as food items shows staff is willing to play around with more ingredients because dragons are not just straight up drinking that.
