And now for the final mates of 2023! Here's hoping for a double victory in 2024. It's been so long. 38 gens!
Limax of the Thundercracker line is betrothed to Judaia:

Still going for the harlequin primary! Copper/copper/ginger have pleasant offspring combos and the offspring previewer showed one of the random hatchlings getting glimmer right off the bat so I chose her over the other mate I was considering. Didn't hurt that I snagged her for a cool 10 gems, heh!

And Deltoton of the Skywarp line is betrothed to Jade. Who doesn't have jade as any of his colors but he's got the spirit! Hard to tell but he also has shadow bright eyes which are cute. I was deciding between this guy and a fetching fae but I wanted to keep the higher odds for another bogsneak. I have a slight weakness for bogs. Skydancers are all right, too.
Next nesting date is Jan 11!

Looks like my luck has shifted since the amazing luck of the previous nests. Still, we persevere! May the RNG gods smile down upon these small nests!

A small but mighty nest! Hoping for glimmer so that this line can finally rest in victory but in the meantime the offspring predictions are beautiful. There's something about arcane eyes with brown/autumnal colors that's so nice to look at.
Deltoton of the Skywarp line and Jade wegged us:

But what a mighty wegg it is! Look at those color possibilities! And it'll be easy to tell if the hatchling got the sarcophagus upgrade if it pops out with dark-colored wings. The offspring predictions for this nest are wicked fun with the soap tert bringing in some fun accent colors. High hopes for this wegg. No pressure, though. (I'm lying. All the pressure.)

High hopes were dashed again. No upgrades and the challenge continues! Today's naming theme is onomatopoeias.

Fizzle: sand harlequin, tarnish facet, sunshine capsule [rare/rare/limited]
No upgrade but all three colors have similar greenish accents. This little guy is wonderfully matchy! He also got bright eyes which is cool to see. They suit him.
