Game froze in the middle of switching tiles, Game continued to recommend me other tiles to swap so I could finish the level but I wasnt able to click anything because the swapping tiles frozen. After leaving the level everything went back to normal but I just thought Id let you know incase anyone else has had this happen too

I've seen a few reports of this issue, you're definitely not the only one this has happened to! can you provide a little more information (are you on Windows, Mac or Linux, which device are you using, which browser are you using, are you using wifi, and do you have any browser extensions installed, and if so, which ones)? additionally, do you have a screenshot? all of that can help both other players and developers determine what the issue might be and how to find a temporary or permanent fix.

I use A Lenovo Chromebook on Wifi to play FR. I use a Google Chrome Bookmarked tab to go onto the site for easier access. I do have 2 different extensions on my laptop (Volume Master and Tabby Cat) Also I do have a screenshot of the freeze! Do you have an email or someway that youd like me to send it to be looked at?

if you can put the image in this thread, that would be great! to do that you'll have to host the image on another site (imgur is recommended), then copy the image url and paste it in a comment with the following code:

also, for future reference, if you want to mention a specific person in a comment to make sure they see it, you'll have to ping them (putting an @ in front of their username) to make sure they get a notification. not everyone is okay with pings, though, and sometimes people will say something like "no need to ping, I'm subscribed" which means they are following the thread and get notifications whenever someone replies. just a neat bit of information [emoji=obelisk laughing size=1]

very close, but you didn't quite get the image link right (which, to be fair, is not the most intuitive thing so don't feel bad about it). you shared the link to the imgur page, not the link to the image itself. the link to the image itself will always end in a file extension such as .jpg .png or .gif
it's a little hard to get the image url on a device without a mouse, since the easiest way (in my personal opinion) to get the right url is to right-click the image and select "copy image link" in the dropdown menu

When the game wiggles two tiles for you to switch when there's been a delay since you last swapped, if you try to swap the tiles while they are mid-wiggle, the game freezes mid-swap and the only way I've gotten it to stop is to reload the game, losing all progress. I'm on a windows 10 in chrome and this consistently happens if I try to swap tiles mid-wiggle.
I've seen something fairly similar to this a lot.
