Barrack is one of the main defenders of my clan's home in the Tidal Flats. Since it serves as the clan's main refuge, source of resources, and where they keep their horde, Barrack feels like he has to embody the very ideals of the Water Flight to protect it. I wouldn't call him my Water rep.

He's a dedicated follower of the TideLord and has spent the last few years since his god's disappearance joining the search.
