My Hogwarts lady, Norberta, named for the Norwegian Ridgeback in the story:

Her familiar is a Black Wolf, which can cover several things in her theme: Remus being a werewolf, Sirius being a black dog animagus, or Hagrid owning a large black dog (Fang). Yes, the dragon was originally Norbert, but it was stated in the novel that, after Norbert was sent to Romania, Charlie Weasley discovered that Norbert was, in fact, female, not male, so they changed her name to Norberta. Her colors are very close to the movie version.
