i go schleepin with the same stud in either ear, i don't have a problem with it since i'm very used to after years
i believe when you first get your ears pierced you have to leave the earrings in overnight for a month or up until the earlobe things stops bleeding
not all hanging earrings get caught on everything... it really only gets caught in your hair if you have long hair but that's it really
i shower with my earring on too, i don't find it weird since i'm just washing it along with the rest of myself. the earring doesn't show any sign of weathering so i don't care when it comes to that either

I sleep with mine in sometimes. My ear piercings will partially close up on me if I go without wearing earrings for too long, so sometimes I just leave a pair of small or flat post earrings in overnight. Also, when I first got mine pierced, I was told to leave them in until my ears were healed, so that included sleeping.

i can honestly say i wear my earrings everywhere and almost never take them out. probably not good but i wore my studs for almost 2 years without taking them out once.
but yeah i don't take my current small hoops out ever. even when sleeping. although ive learned since i was a young dumb tween and and i do clean them out regularly now.

I remember when i was younger (around 9 or 10?) at a sleepover my friend got her earring caught in her pillowcase and couldn't get it unstuck. her ear started to bleed quite a bit, and that image definitely stopped me from sleeping with earrings in

Nah, even studs and stuff I find poke me too much to sleep in since I can only really get to sleep on my side. I don't wear earrings all that much outside of special occasions anyway since I find even the hypoallergenic ones start to get uncomfortable if I have them in for too long

So that they heal better) and sometimes I do take them out but sometimes I sleep in them and I've never had any problems such as pulling on them or losing them while sleeping (actually now that I think of it I don't think I ever got them caught up in anything except for my hair?
However if it's any other earrings I always take them out! My skin is kinda sensitive and it seems it doesn't like cheap metal earrings being worn for too long or it gets a little irritated (come to think of it I wonder if it's common or if I should be worried) and those white gold earrings are the only funky metal earrings I have D:
