It's been a while since I've designed ambassadors so hopefully this can help you out figuring out what you're looking for a little. The outfit is 8 pieces but you can easily remove any of the extra accessories to have a 7-piece one!
The only fest apparel is [item=conflagrant kilt] which should also be the most expensive item of the outfit, apologies I was not able to calculate the full price.
