I have a pair of matchy gened gen ones with some nice looking children. At some point I have plans to turn the parents into a spiral and a pearlcatcher. As far as I can tell, their coloring is not the most common on the AH. How much is worth of the gen 2s? Gen 2s don't tend to be very valuable unless they're Imperials. So probably not as much as you're hoping for.

I'd argue the hatchlings that have mom's colors can go for more than dad's colors (the orange isn't really the best in my opinion).

This is just spitballing (since I don't buy many dragons in my day-to-day besides fodder, and it's impossible to know what someone will pay for a dragon because tastes fluctuate) but I probably wouldn't price these kids at more than 30kt-50kt/g depending on their tert. I can see hatchlings sharing mom's colors to sell on the high end because they're rather matchy with good eyes.

Definitely should wait for other opinions, though! I'm not the only one out there.

Thanks for your input! 50g was the very most I had been thinking of. 30 - 50 sounds pretty reasonable considering, and they are common breeds.

The orange does not go as well with mum’s colours, oh well. Fortunately the father was pretty much what I was looking for and was relatively cheap; aside from that tert.

You're best bet for actually evaluating their worth is to just search the AH for dragons with their colors or similar colors (+/-3-5 on either side) and pricing based on what you see listed there.
