I understand that, but even so my point does still stand. Even prices for "keeping her" are moreso something the buyer/reseller has to factor into their potential profit and loss. Food isn't expensive at all, really, and can be made back easily via gathering or coli work when leveling. I wouldn't really call it a price worth factoring in, especially considering that.
Even so, while I would like to have her, I don't want to overpay (and, to me, that's just what it is). I like to go by fair prices and, considering the first level 25 G1 on the AH is gorgeous and for only 200g at the current moment, that makes me feel like I am already overpaying (the colours are more matchy as well). I paid 500g earlier in the thread for a gened dragon because that, I feel is reasonable. Plus, a 4-5 off XXY with a tertiary matching the red accents of the browns. Makes more sense to me but, again, that's just how I view this.
If you're not willing to actually budge any on price, I don't really see where the negotiation comes in since, with items or whatever, it still would come out to the same price if not more. That's not really negotiation to me. That's my two cents though, or at least how I view negotiation. To each's own I guess. That's not to say my offer would be the end all be all, I just don't see where the negotiation comes in if, in essence, you are hard set on price (in which case I'd rather you just tell me so that I know that's the case; I'll make no further offers then) Again, just explaining my view on the matter.
