Anything above 80%. I can't palate anything lower tbh, it's too sweet for me. Usually something like 86% is my preferred. 92% is good too.

I am not really sure about the percentage because I never check, but whatever is standard for dark chocolate. The older I get, the more sweet things make me feel sick, and I have grown to like savory sweet vs overwhelming sweet. I can't handle Buttercream frosting anymore either, lol.
I THINK I've had 70% before and it was pretty good.
