What a fun scry, honestly. Putting capsule on makes a white appearance to fill like that third flag color, and bee is stunning in Navy.

I'm not very good at apparel, but gene-wise I'd suggest Pinstripe/Constellation/Capsule. I took the "stars and stripes" thing kind of literally, and the watery look of Capsule is a nod to the colonists crossing the Atlantic.
