They're really cute! I'd totally pay money for these, but I unfortunately don't have any visual references for my characters yet. I'm other people would pay money for them though!

sliceydicey Those are super cool! I think if you want to make an art shop sort of thing with that style, people would definitely be willing to pay :)

These are really nice. I like the drawings and the paint quite a bit. What I would say though is that it looks, at least in these pictures, that you've used too much water with all of the darker colors. This damages the paper, making the fibers loose especially with the kind of paper it looks like you're using. This makes it look chalky in photos. you can kind of see what i mean in the black in the first image, the dark green/blue in the second, the ghost and the hood in the third.
the shading under the last one is also like this, however it works for shadows.
when you want to get darker colors you dont need to do layers of paint, especially with watercolors as this will just soak the paper and take longer to get the shade you actually wanted. Istead, to get darker shades the ratio of water to paint changes. You use less water to more paint. Wet the brush and then stroke the palette color you want five or six times, more if it doesn't look dark on your brush

Hey, sorry I ghosted you for a while.
About doing art for characters, could you work with written descriptions? I have a lot of characters who have designs stuck in my brain that I just haven't managed to put on paper yet. A lot of my *important* OCs also have dragon versions too, so that should help with color schemes and aesthetic if nothing else. If you need a visual ref instead then maybe I'll try my hand at sketching a few of my kiddos real quick.
