If I paid a little extra would you be willing to consider helping me with a creature design to surprise a friend with as a gift? I have a semi-reference and some details, but not the skill to sketch out the idea. I love your style and I think it would be perfect.

His apparel isn't really important (I know some of it overlaps the accent), but I would like him to have his accent at least. Let me know if you need a ref w/o any apparel.

I'm sorry I didn't realize you weren't doing apparel but I appreciate you doing the accent nonetheless. Go ahead and charge me based on how much work it ends up being!
