@satrinava bleh sorry for the lateness, too many distractions here is your lore! i hope you like it! Also may I add Senua in my Dragon Showcase?

Quote:
Getting lost was not what Senua planned to do but it was inevitable. She had to leave her old clan, the morals they stood for, the things they had to make her do....she couldn’t stay any longer. Unfortunately the Sunbeam Ruins was a big place and not going outside of her ex-clan’s border left her stranded in such a massive country. The Wildclaw wandered for days, sleeping in ruins that were once massive structures, hunting for her food (something she's never done either so that was an experience) and hide from members of her ex-clan who was looking for her. Many times she was close to getting caught but evaded if it wasn't for kind travelers who saw her panic and stepped up to distract her pursuers from getting anywhere near her.

After days turned into weeks and weeks into months, Senua finally found a home.

Home started out with a Fae name Lait, the smaller dragon patrolling the area around her when she saw the Wildclaw picking some flowers in her territory and nicely confronted her. Senua apologized profusely yet the Fae wasn't bothered (she really couldn't tell since the Fae's face was so blank). The two talked for awhile, Lait eventually bringing up why the Wildclaw had unknowingly trespassed in her borders, making Senua spill out the recent events she thought she could never tell anyone. But somehow she trusted Lait even though they just met. The Fae listen intently to every word, not interrupting once. When Senua finished her spew, Lait got up from her resting on the bigger dragon’s shoulder and started to fly away, beckoning the other when she stood in her spot with her tail. Senua followed confused but she trusted Lait and her judgment, following the Fae to a clearing. The space was filled with miniature waterfalls, lush grasses, beautiful flowers and dragons of all shapes and size; each running up to the duo and greeting them with excitement. The Wildclaw was overwhelmed by emotion, so many beings happy to see her and didn't know her. So many willing to let a complete stranger into the clan as one of their own. A new beginning was right in front of her, one where her tainted past had no place in. Senua couldn't stop herself from bursting into grateful tears which stunned Lait and her clan at first but they were quick to console (which only made her cry harder). After the tears ceased and were wiped, Lait asked Senua if she would like to join her merry band of misfits a clan, to live a life free from worries or manipulation. She quickly agreed to join, the clan erupting into happy cheers and immediately began to build a lair for their newest member.

It didn't take long for the Wildclaw to find her plce within the clan, her gift as a healer being very useful especially for hatchlings who didn’t know how to play nicely. Senua then found her second love, alchemy. Since the clan was bursting with plants she’s never seen. It was different from Light country, of course her old home had vibrant flowers but not as vibrant as the one’s grown in the Viridian Labyrinth. Lait found her texts of old that taught her what to combine to make certain potions to help with cuts or cure restlessness. But of course, she was a novice so explosions happened too many times to count. Senua, for once in her life, truly felt like she was a part of something greater, a part of something good. She didn’t have to worry for her life nor be told to do unforgivable things. All that was required of her was to live her life the way she wanted.

And she did.

@Harvestmooon here is your lore! :3 can i add Taffy to my showcase?
“How is my daughter?” “Well, she is safe...for now...” “What...what do you mean ‘for now’?” “You see the amethyst in her scales? My colleagues and I noticed that the amethyst keeps spreading, causing her limbs to solidify. Just look at her limbs? She can’t move her arms at all and her left leg is left immobile. Pretty soon the amethyst is going take over her body and she’ll die of asphyxiation once it covers her her body. We used some magical practices to see if this infection was covering her insides but the results from our tests are negative. It’s only an exterior problem.” “What can I do to fix it doctor?” “It’s pricey and most older children would hate this but….there’s only a few cases where this occurred and it seems that hatchlings’ with the infection don’t experience fast growth that adults experience. There’s plenty of shops around that carries Scrolls of Eternal Youth, our clinic doesn’t offer them unfortunately.” “A hatchling…….forever…..” Jolting awake, Taffy blinked the sleepiness from her eyes. The Spiral shifted slightly, wincing in pain when she tried to flex her claws. Letting out a laboring breath, she rolled over into a new position, trying her hardest not to grit her teeth in pain from the amethyst in her scales. “You know you’re not supposed to do that….” Taffy rolled her eyes and let out a huff, successfully rolling over onto her back like she wanted. She directed her eyes to another Spiral hatchling like her, another one who shared her fate. Trophy looked at her with concern, the two hatchlings staring at each other unblinkingly. It was Trophy who broke the uncomfortable silence with a sigh. “We need to not move much, it’s better--” “I know what I shouldn’t do Trophy, I get reminded all the time. My back hurts so I had to move. Chill out will ya.” The other Spiral gave her a sad look, which Taffy ignored, but dropped the conversation. Taffy immediately felt bad for snapping at her friend, she was only trying to help and the amethyst covered Spiral just disregarded her. It was just so hard for Taffy not to be in the defensive, always have to let people know how she feels about them babying her. For deities sake, she was an adult! “Trophy, I’m sorry for snapping at you. Just….stop with the babying please. That’s all I ask.” The gold covered Spiral pouted but nodded slowly and gave her a half smile, the once uncomfortable air turning into something more friendly. The two friends rested and watched the rain fall and puddle in the front of their lair as they waited for the nurse who tends to them to deliver their medicine. Trophy let out a little shriek of pain, the sound tugging at Taffy’s heartstrings. She trained herself to ignore the sharp pangs of pain whenever the amethyst in her skin was starting to spread but Trophy’s always been vocal with her emotions, pain being one of them. The amethyst covered Spiral prayed to the gods the nurse would come soon to ease Trophy’s pain. Much to her dismay, it took forever for the nurse to finally appear, the dragon to vain and didn’t want to get her cap wet. Taffy kept her maw shut about the nurse, already unpopular amongst them for her snappy attitude and refusal to take any of their pity. The amethyst covered Spiral winced slightly at the pierce of the needle and a wave of nausea washed over her as the medicine entered her veins. The Spiral ignored the nurse when she tried to pull her in a conversation. After awhile the nurse huffed and left the lair, leaving the infected Spirals to their own devices. “Hey Taffy, do you ever wish you could move like other dragons...not having to be stuck in a child’s body....be able to life live to the fullest. To settle down, have a mate, have hatchlings of our own one day?” Taffy raised an eye ridge (that wasn’t solidified under amethyst), pondering for a bit before answering her friend’s question. In all honesty she couldn’t see herself living the “normal and expected life. There was no way after all she’s been through and even if she was mysteriously healed someway, she couldn’t see herself living a normal life. But knowing Trophy and knowing how optimistic she was despite her illness, accepting that life wasn’t going to change for the better wasn’t how the gold covered Spiral operated. “Whatever happens, happens. If life wants to give me a chance to finally live a life to where I don’t have to be crippled, I cannot say that I will try to pursue what is considered a normal life right away. i plan on going with the flow, if I don’t achieve those things then so be it.” The other Spiral let out a noise that Taffy couldn’t tell was pleased or not yet Trophy said nothing; just laid her head down and stared at fat droplets of rain hit the growing puddle in front of the lair. Trophy’s words however, resonated within Taffy. A life without a curse? To be able truly live and be free? That was something she wanted. All she needed first, is a cure.
