It probably won't hurt to stay for a few moments. The Guardian tilts his head at you before looking over at Mystji beside you. Though no words are said, the hatchling seems to know what's meant, and quickly starts speaking. [i]"I found her being all sad outside the nursery! She said that Inmida took her here to find a tracker so she can find her parents again, but I guess I should've taken her to Ocklis instead..."[/i] Becquerel returns his gaze to you, sniffing once before shaking his head. He then slowly stands up, as if he's not used to his weight, and shuffles over to you. You lean back as he leans forwards to examine you, one of his canine ears flicking back and forth. He then quickly pulls away, his brows furrowed, and turns to Mystji. [i]"Magic."[/i] The Guardian speaks in a low rumbling voice, almost seeming to sound the word out as if he's saying it for the first time. Mystji tilts his head in response and frowns in confusion. [i]"Magic? As in, her parents practiced magic around her? Or she was around magic? Or... She's like me?"[/i] Becquerel seems to ponder this for a moment before pawing at the ground. [i]"Last. You."[/i] He speaks exactly how he did the first time, sounding each word out. It takes you a second to realize that the dragon is saying that you're like Mystji, whatever that means. But the hatchling gets it immediately and eyes widen, though he gets cut off by Becquerel before he can even open his mouth. [i]"But... Not. Weird."[/i] The Guardian then returns his attention to you, his gaze intent as he studies you again. You don't know what he's looking for, or what he means when he implies that you're like Mystji but not. But do you want to ask, or play along with whatever it is? Would one of them be dangerous? You really hope not... Oh, dear. Now Mystji is staring at you too. [b]What will you do?[/b][/center]

My friend was lonely, so she made a friend out of shadows. And that's me. Becquerel is saying that you're made too. Not hatched. But also weirdly made? Or something like that? I don't really get that last bit, but I understand the rest."[/i] Your eyes widen in surprise, but should you actually be surprised? You didn't wake up with any eggshell around you. You woke up with materials instead, and when you came back, they were- Wait. They were gone. Does that mean that if you were created, your creator was still around when Inmida found you? Do they live around here? Can you even find them? You decide to voice these questions aloud, no longer caring who hears about your strange start to life. Becquerel and Mystji share another look. This time it's the Guardian who answers. [i]"I can't. Answer. But..."[/i] He trails off and the hatchling picks up where he left off. [i]"But we know someone who can. That would be Ocklis, the dragon Inmida must've gone to! She's really good at tracking magic things so she must be able to find out where you came from! Come on, we should go see her."[/i] [b]What will you do?[/b][/center]

He cracks a small smile, almost like he isn't used to facial expressions, and settles back down where he was before you barged in. [i]"Thanks."[/i] The hatchling beside you starts impatiently pushing you out of the Guardian's home, and you wave to the dragon before you're out of sight. Mystji immediately starts leading you to another dome/bush like the one you just came out of. However, you notice that this bush doesn't have clumps of fur around the outside of it. It's neat and tidy, and even during they day you see that there's a faint purple glow emitting from it. The hatchling looks about ready to barge in when something red blurs past you both. The three who were conversing earlier, two other Wildclaws and a Guardian, quickly turn to him. However, you don't see much more before you have to turn to avoid breathing in the smog coming from his claws. Mystji is coughing in front of you. The one with all the smoke around his feet."[/i] You look back over at the red Wildclaw - Rejin - and see him just reaching Fawn. The Guardian the leader was originally talking to steps over and the three start talking. They quickly gain worried expressions.
